DISCOUNT CODES
Only 1 code can be used at a time. Occasionally we use an automatic discount on a selected product/s or collection and if you choose to purchase this product you cannot use another discount code with it - for example a free shipping code.

RETURNS POLICY
Unfortunately we do not offer returns/exchanges on our products if you "change your mind" or on used products - please choose carefully when placing your order. If you don't like the scent of your item, it could be a great idea to regift this to someone you know.

PICKUP ORDERS
Pickup is available for customers who are in Perth, Western Australia. You'll receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

PAYMENTS
Payments can be made securely by Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay & Credit Card. At markets we have a card reader to accept card payments made by Visa and MasterCard.
